Appointments are available Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Please contact for availability.

Prices are available upon request. Payment is due at time of service.

If appointments are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice, 75% of the cost of the appointment will be charged. No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
